Paper 1: Short Response

Weighting: SL 40% | HL 30%

This IB Maths AI exam paper tests all of your core syllabus knowledge through short response questions.

You are allowed a calculator and data booklet for this Maths AI exam.

Level	Description	Time
SL	80 marks: Consists of compulsory short-response questions. Questions vary in terms of length and level of difficulty. Presented in the form of words, symbols, diagrams or tables.	90 minutes: 1.1 minutes per mark
HL	110 marks: Consists of compulsory short-response questions. Questions vary in terms of length and level of difficulty. Presented in the form of words, symbols, diagrams or tables.	120 minutes: 1.1 minutes per mark

Paper 2: Extended Response

Weighting: SL 40% | HL 30%

Paper 3: Problem Solving
